Zombie Rebuild is a website modernization service operated by JP LeBlanc. We rebuild outdated websites on modern Next.js architecture using your existing content. Our website is located at zombierebuild.com.

We collect only what we need to deliver the service.

• Account information. Your name and email address when you create an account. Used to identify you, communicate about your project, and send transactional emails.
• Website URL. The URL of the website you want modernized. We crawl it to extract your existing content as part of the rebuild process.
• Project communications. Messages, feedback, and approval decisions you submit through the dashboard or contact form. Kept for project records.
• Payment information. Billing details are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card number on our servers.
• Usage data. Basic analytics on how the website and dashboard are used (via Vercel Analytics). No cross-site tracking. No advertising pixels.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services that help us operate:

• Vercel. Hosting and infrastructure for the web application.
• Brevo (Sendinblue). Transactional email delivery for account and project notifications.
• Neon (PostgreSQL). Secure database storage for account and project data.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or cross-site analytics.

Vercel Analytics collects anonymized page view data to help us understand how the site is used. No personally identifiable information is included.

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at jp@zombierebuild.com. We will respond within 5 business days.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions.

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
